A person gentleman was killed and another male was injured in a capturing Thursday early morning at an apartment in New Albany, in accordance to nearby police.
New Albany Law enforcement officers responded to a shooting at 1820 Conservative St. in New Albany at about 11:43 a.m., according to a release from Main Todd Bailey. Two men who had been shot were being identified at an apartment on website.
Russell L Smith, 41, was uncovered useless at the scene and 36-year-aged Mareece L. Harris was also discovered at the home warn and equipped to talk with officers, Bailey reported Friday morning. Harris was taken to University of Louisville Medical center to treat his injuries. He remains in secure ailment, Bailey reported Friday.

Bailey said that in their preliminary investigation officers located the victims had been possessing a dispute just before the pictures were being fired. No added information were introduced as the investigation carries on.
“The NAPD thinks all events have been accounted for and no risk to public basic safety exists,” Bailey mentioned in his statement.
