A 66-unit, 180-bed off-campus university student condominium complicated is planned for just south of the University of West Florida.

The complex, called Rhelm, will be a 50 %-mile south of the UWF entrance and is predicted to open up for the tumble semester of 2021. It will be manufactured up of eight three-tale properties with furnished one-, two- and 4-bed room units.
